Welcome Winter Sunset

Welcome to the site.  It's usually larger, but a lot of it is down right now due to it being remodeled.  Please feel free to poke around at what is up now and come again at a later date for more information.

DISCLAIMER:  THIS SITE IS NOT INTENDED FOR DIAGNIOSIS AND/OR TREATMENT.  SEE A PROFESSIONAL FOR THAT.  IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR ARE FEELING SUICIDAL, CALL 911 OR GO TO THE LOCAL EMERGENCY ROOM.

Hi there. Welcome to my site. As the title states my life is a confusing one. I'm in my late 20’s and have been living with three psychiatric diagnoses since 2001. I have been lucky enough to get them under control with the help of my providers (staff, therapist, MD, etc.). I have refused and continue to refuse to let these become my identity.

In the following pages you will find what I have learned over the past several years, learn what I have gone through, and find some helpful information on Self Injury. I will also try to let you see what it is like to go from being from to rock bottom and climb back up to the point I am at now. I may not be right were I was before I started going downhill, but I've come a long ways from where I was when I was at the bottom. Plus I am happy where I am. Life has changed. I've met many people I wouldn't have met otherwise, and I've learned a lot I wouldn't have otherwise.

I will also give information on my diagnoses (my point of view and I will try to provide other points of view) and provide links to other pages that provide information.

Remember no matter how bad life may seem at this moment in time, it will get better.

NOTE: None of the information provided is intended to be used for diagnosis though. Consult a professional for diagnosis.
